QUALIFICATION STANDARDS (Minimum)

Education: Bachelor’s Degree Relevant to the job

Experience: One (1) year of relevant experience

Training: None required

Eligibility: Career Service Subprofessional Eligible

  1. As Administrative Assistant:
  • Maintain an admin online tracking system;
  • Prepare/consolidate obligation request, disbursement vouchers with complete attachments for claims processing;
  • Monitor the submission of SMEDD staff on HR concerns;
  • Monitor the incoming and outgoing communications of the Division; and,
  • Perform other admin related tasks.

    • ICT Asset Management (Basic)
