Education: Bachelor’s Degree Relevant to the job
Experience: One (1) year of relevant experience
Training: None required
Eligibility: Career Service Subprofessional Eligible
- As Administrative Assistant:
- Maintain an admin online tracking system;
- Prepare/consolidate obligation request, disbursement vouchers with complete attachments for claims processing;
- Monitor the submission of SMEDD staff on HR concerns;
- Monitor the incoming and outgoing communications of the Division; and,
- Perform other admin related tasks.

- Recording and Reporting (Basic)
- ICT Asset Management (Basic)
