QUALIFICATION STANDARDS (Minimum)

Education:     Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job

Experience:  1 year of relevant experience

Training:       4 hours of relevant training

Eligibility:       Career Service (Professional) Second Level Eligibility

1. Statement of Duties and Responsibilities:
   1. Act as the Provincial NC Program Coordinator;
   2. Guides, initiates, and/or facilitates the implementation of activities and services under the Negosyo Center Program;
   3. Assists the management in planning and formulation of policy decisions related to the NC Program by providing technical assistance;
   4. Monitors and provides overall supervision and assistance to LGU-based Negosyo Centers;
   5. Coordinates program updates to LGU-based Negosyo Centers;
   6. Maintain and update provincial and regional reports and databases;
   7. Monitors the submission of monthly reports from the LGU-based Negosyo Centers;
   8. Attends meetings/ conferences/ consultations whenever related to the Negosyo Center program; and
   9. Performs other related tasks to be assigned from time to time.
