QUALIFICATION STANDARDS (Minimum)

Education:     Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job

Experience:  2 years of relevant experience

Training:       8 hours of relevant training

Eligibility:       Career Service (Professional) Second Level Eligibility

1. Statement of Duties and Responsibilities:
   1. Act as the Regional NC Program Coordinator;
   2. Guides, initiates, and/or facilitates the implementation of activities and services under the Negosyo Center Program;
   3. Monitors and provides overall supervision and assistance to Negosyo Center Provincial Coordinators;
   4. Ensure the consistent and effective implementation of policies;
   5. Facilitates and/or conducts training and seminars for Negosyo Center Business Counselors;
   6. Facilitates and/or conducts training and seminars for MSMEs:
      • Productivity improvements seminars
      • Managerial/Entrepreneurial trainings
      • Skills trainings
   7. Prepares regional reports, communication letters/memos, work and financial plan; and
   8. Performs other related tasks to be assigned from time to time.
