Education: Bachelor of Science in Information Technology/ BS Computer Science or Any Four-Year Computer-related courses
Experience: none required but an advantage if any
Training: none required
Eligibility: CS Sub-Professional or Professional Eligibility
Statement of Duties and Responsibilities:
lT Assistant
- Prepares creative graphics design and layout for various projects of DTI R2- IDD;
- Provides a range of professional graphic design and audio-visual and other related works;
- Ensures compliance with corporate standards prescribed for graphic design, photography, and multi-media production;
- Edits and reviews the final output of layout/AVP to safeguard the quality of published material while ensuring the content remains effective;
- Maintains competence in the operation of graphic design technology, visual imaging techniques, and lT systems to ensure high-quality service delivery;
- Maintains technical knowledge by attending design workshops, seminars, and training, and participating in professional societies;
- Provides technical assistance and support to computer users within the office;
- Performs preventive maintenance/ minor troubleshooting;
- Prepare Reports {Preventive Maintenance, Inventory of Status of lT Hardware and Software Resources);
- Provide technical assistance to ICT industry; and
- Performs other functions that may be assigned from time to time.
