Position Title : Digitalization Focal/SSF Technical Assistant
Status of Position : Contract of Service
Monthly Rate : P 22,316.00

Education: Bachelor of Science in Business Administration or any four-year business related courses

Duties and Responsibilities:
- As SSF Project Coordinator Technical Assistant:
- Prepare and Maintain Report Folders of the following:
- Regional SSF Monthly Accomplishment Report
- Regional SSF Monthly Funds Utilization and Procurement Report
- Regional SSF Monthly Accomplishment vs Targets
- Regional SSF Quarterly Accomplishment Reports of Donated Projects
- Regional Report on SSF Depreciation Value/Useful life
- Regional Monitoring Report of unserviceable SSF and SSF for disposal
- Other related reports needed
- Maintenance of project database in coordination with the lT Technical Staff, which includes but is not limited to the following:
- Individual SSF project information/details (maintained)
- SSF Directory
- SSF profiles
- Success stories
- Project performance reports
- List donated, transferred, disposed projects
- unserviceable equipment
- Perform the following relative to the establishment and monitoring of maintenance of SSFs; to wit:
- Provide secretarial support in the conduct of RTWG meetings;
- Regular monitoring of procurement status of projects
- Regular monitoring of funds utilization-MOOE and capital outlay
- Coordinate with POs on SSF activities
- Coordinate with POs and supply unit on SSF procurement
- Assists in following – up documents from POs of newly established projects, particularly procurement delivery/ billing papers
