Education: Bachelor of Science in Business Administration or any related course

Experience: none required but an advantage if any

Training: none required

Eligibility: CS Professional or any Second Level Eligibility

  1. Statement of Duties and Responsibilities:

-Under Product Development for Food

  • Drafts resolutions, public bidding docs and various communications needed for public bidding and for the awarding of contracts to winning bidders
  • Acts as BAC Secretariat Head in the absence of the designated BAC Secretariat Head
  • Posts publications in the PhilGEPS such as Bid Docs, Supplemental Bid Bulletins as needed, Purchase Requests over 50 thousand, etc.
  • Administers or facilitates the conduct of Public Bidding and
  • Observes and applies the provisions of RA 9184 in the conduct of procurement activities;
  • Prepares the Unit WFP and consolidates the AFMD WFP;
  • Consolidates the agency’s APP (indicative and final);
  • Monitors supplemental PPMPs and consolidates the same semi-annually for the approval of BAC and HOPE
  • Monitors submission of required reports for the PBB entitlement of the agency
  • Receives, records and monitors the status of Purchase Requests
  • Prepares Purchase Orders
  • Monitors and facilitates inspection of deliveries of goods and services
  • Conducts suppliers’ evaluation
  • Administers CSF and prepares CSF Summary Report
  • Prepares ARE, ICS, PTR and related property reports
  • Prepares Monthly Property Inventory Report
  • Administers CSF and prepares summary report for the process
  • Acts as Hosts in various programs of the Division/Region
  • Takes Minutes of Meetings
  • Facilitates team building activities as needed
  • Performs other functions that may be assigned from time to time
