  1. Statement of Duties and Responsibilities:

-Under the direction of Records Officer III

  1. Receive and record all documented Information other than incoming and outgoing communication;
  2. Scan and send out approved travel orders and itinerary of travel of provinces;
  3. Assist the Records Officer in releasing corrected drafts and/or approved documented information;
  4. Responsible in protecting records in accordance with the Privacy Act;
  5. Assist the records officer in a proper and organized filing system;
  6. Assist the executive secretary in releasing approved vouchers, purchase requests, purchase orders, and other documented information;
  7. Responsible in the implementation of a paperless and document-tracking system
  8. Prepares the records officer in consolidating the master list of records of DTI R2;
  9. Assist records officer in classifying and appraising records for inventory and disposition;
  10. Prepares and update the report and database for documented information;
  11. Responsible in uploading approved documented information in Databank and/or online storage;
  12. Assist in the implementation of control of records, control of documents, and Freedom of Information Requests;
  13. Prepares CSF Report of Records Unit; and
  14. Performs other related functions.
