QUALIFICATION STANDARDS (Minimum)

Education:       Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job

Experience:     2 years of relevant experience

Training:          8 hours of relevant training

Eligibility:         Career Service (Professional)/ or any Second Level Eligibility

1. Statement of Duties and Responsibilities:
   • Provide Technical Services on One Town One Product (OTOP) Next Gen/Trade Fairs/OTOP Hub/Pasalubong Centers and Trainings
   • Attend meetings/ conferences/ consultations whenever required by the Head of the Division and the Provincial Director
   • Facilitate the Trade Promotion activities of the OTOP Hub and the Local Kiosk
   • Provide focused interventions to enterprises enrolled in EPP
   • Conduct Product Development (Product prototypes/label design, new product developed of the One Town One Product (OTOP)
   • Assist in the implementation of Enterprises Development as to the no. of trainings/seminars/benchmarking conducted, participated and facilitated
   • Attend trainings, seminars and other capability-building activities that will improve the delivery of services to the clients particularly the MSMEs, subject to the policy stated under Section 7.2.2 of D.O. 17-52, series of 2017
   • Facilitate Intellectual Property (IP) Applications
   • Preparing reports, summarizing findings and recommending solutions
   • Performs other related work.
