Daily Salary/Rate: P 27,000

A. General Function of the position:
  1. Promote and Develop Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the countryside.
B. Statement of Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Supervise the work of Junior Business Counselors of the Negosyo Center
  2. Attend meetings/ conferences/ consultations whenever required by the Head of Negosyo Center
  3. Provide/ facilitate the various services being offered by the Negosyo Center to include, but are not limited to the following:
    1. Business Advisory
    2. Business Information and Advocacy
  4. Review, analyze / process and packages relevant business data needed by the clients, particularly the MSMEs
  5. Implement projects and conducts activities initiated/cascaded by National Program Management Unit that will impact the growth of clients, particularly the MSMEs and academe
  6. Assist in the development of linkages with service providers; industry associations, private companies and government agencies
  7. Attend trainings, seminars and other capability-building activities that will improve the delivery of services to the clients, particularly the MSMEs, subject to the policy stated under Section 7.2.2 of D.O. 17-52, series of 2017
  8. Monitor and recommend business process improvements for MSMEs as well as the performance of the Negosyo Center
  9. Prepare monthly reports/ accomplishments of the Negosyo Center within five (5) days at the end of the month
  10. Performs other related tasks to be assigned from time to time.
