Basic Monthly Salary:        P 36,619.00

Education:   Bachelor’s Degree relevant to the job

Experience:  1 year of relevant experience

Training:       4 hours of relevant training

Eligibility:      Career Service (Professional)/ or any Second Level Eligibility

I. A. General Function of the Position:

-Promote and Develop Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the countryside.

B. Statement of Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Promotes and Develop Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise;
  • Identifies projects and activities at the community level in consultation with the Provincial/Regional Office;
  • Prepares ARC plans;
  • Prepares project proposals and ensures timely and effective implementation of approved projects;
  • Monitors/Evaluates/ documents project progress;
  • Facilitates/ coordinates conducts of technical, productivity and efficiency trainings;
  • Prepares post-activity reports and submits the same to PD/RD;
  • Disseminates SME Development Information materials to ARC SMEs;
  • Assists ARC clients in preparing product profiles/ promotional collateral for dissemination to buyers;
  • Evaluates ARC SMEs readiness to participate in various level of Trade Fairs;
  • Monitors sales generated by ARC SME exhibitors to Trade Fair and Missions and follow-up servicing of booked orders; and
  • Performs other related functions
