  2. Click “Request Form” that will redirect you to Document Requesting Form
  3. Fill all the required fields and the document you want to request
  4. Click “Submit” to finalize request

Reminder: Request processing time: 3 days – Simple, 7 days – Complex, 20 days – Highly Technical
