Course Brief Description:

This training aims to strengthen the capacity of government officials and staff to design, implement, and manage AI initiatives that maximize benefits while minimizing risks. The sessions are
structured as follows:

● Day 1 (Executive Briefing): will bring together both Directors and Digital Specialists for an orientation on AI strategy, governance, and policy directions.

● Days 2–3 (Technical Deepening): will focus on practical tools, approaches, and safeguards for responsible AI adoption.

Directors who wish to gain a fuller perspective alongside their technical teams may also attend Days 2–3.

Through this structure, both Directors and Specialists will be equipped to articulate institutional directions for AI integration, and Digital Specialists will be enriched with the knowledge and skills
to translate these directions into practice.

The training fees are subsidized. To help cover meals and refreshments, a minimal counterpart
fee will be collected, as follows:
● Directors Day 1 only: PHP 1,200.00
● Directors and Digital Specialists Days 1-3: PHP 3,600.00

TARGET PARTICIPANTS

The training will be conducted in a live-out, in-person modality and will accommodate up to 50 participants on a first-come, first-served basis.
